James is a homeless person in Kansas City with a sweet dog named Shuggie who goes everywhere with him. Angel Hearts was able to provide Shuggie with all of her vaccinations, spay, heartworm test, microchip, collar, leash, harness and flea and heartworm preventative and a dog house for shelter.
